This apartment accommodation enjoys a privileged location, just 5 minutes' walk from the best and cleanest city beaches in Mar Bella, and with good access to the centre, 100 m from the Sagrada Familia and Parque Guell, as well as just 500 m from the Gaudi houses. It is located in the Poble Nou neighbourhood, in an area which mixes old Spanish charm with great new developments such as the Forum music venue and Diagonal del Mar, Europe's biggest luxury shopping centre. It is also near the International Convention Centre of Barcelona (CCIB) and the closest metro station is L4 Selva de Mar.

Built in 2009, this spacious and luxurious loft accommodation makes innovative use of colour and furnishings in its design, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday or for a business stay. The property comprises a total of 7 apartments and facilities on offer to guests include a lobby with lift access, as well as WLAN Internet access.

The décor is functional and modern and the main floor of the accommodation has an open and modern kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and is furnished in modern style.
