The Our Lady of Fatima chapel is located about 150 m from the hotel complex, while guests will reach the town centre (Vila de São), the tourist centre, the volcanic caves, and the volcanism centre in about 20 minutes by foot. The beach, the bathing areas, and São Vincente promenade lie about a 25-minute walk away, Porto Moniz Beach is 25 km away, and it is some 40 km to the airport. The air-conditioned hotel was established in 2004 and consists of a main building with two floors and a neighbouring building with three floors, with a total of 42 rooms, including one disability-friendly room. The hotel has emerged from the renovation and extension of a listed 18th century manor house with great historic value. Facilities on offer here include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock.
