These apartments are located in a privileged position, close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona, lined with fashionable restaurants, cafes and elegant shops, and few minutes' walk from some of Gaudí's renowned creations.

The apartments are situated in a modern building equipped with a lift and safe. Built in the early twenties of the 19th century and totally restored, all the flats have heating and air conditioning. There is also a laundry service available for a fee.

The apartments are equipped with all modern conveniences, including satellite TV and DVD player, a radio and CD player. In each apartment there is a lounge/dining area for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In the apartment there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, as well as tea and coffee making facilities and a safe.

Since it does not have 24h reception, at least 48h before your arrival date you have to call 933 10 20 00 in order to arrange the check-in time which is always after 14h.|Check-in time is after 14.00h.
