Built in 1865 and now in its third generation of owner-management this luxury 4-storey hotel comprises 118 rooms. Facilities include the Europa-Bar, the bistro Europ-Treff, the air-conditioned gourmetrestaurant Die Kurfürstenstube and in July and August the summer restaurant with terrace. Those arriving by car can use the hotel's spaces in the underground garage with charge.

Stylishly appointed and individually decorated guest rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a mini bar, an WLAN service, indivitally regulated air conditioning, a hire safe free of charge, and a trouser press. From Frankfurt Airport: take A5 direction Frankfurt/Karlsruhe and then take the exit Heidelberg Mitte (Centre) and then always drive direction City Centre. Finally will reach a one-way tunnel. Drive through and take the first opportuniy to the left to do a turnaround. Drive back the street parallel to the tunnel, will soon see the entrance on the right side.
