Renovated in 2006, this beach hotel features Caribbean-style architecture and offers an incomparable view of the Caribbean Sea and the city of Cartagena. The family-friendly hotel has 34 fine guest rooms designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, kiosk and, for a fee, Internet access. For dining and drinks, guests can enjoy the hotel's own bar and restaurant. There are also conference facilities on site. There is a laundry service for a fee, and room service is on offer as well.

Take Avenida Santander until the entrance to Bocagrande, where the tourist port is located, next to the convention centre. From there, guests should take the hotel boat (see schedule above).

A private boat transfer to the hotel is available from the tourist port of La Bodeguita. Scheduled departure times from Cartagena to the hotel are 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm. For a surcharge, unscheduled trips can also be arranged.
