The hotel is located 200 m from Bogatell Beach, in Barcelona's quiet Sant Marti district, next to the Poble Nou Park. There is a private security service and a 24-hour customer service line. The nearby reception offers a desk, car rental and airport transfers. The hotel has a safe, lift access and Internet access. A laundry service is also available and guests can hire bikes or use the car park. All the apartments have a dining room, 1 or 2 bathrooms with a bathtub/shower. All units offer Internet access and a TV. There is a kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and espresso machine. On exiting the apartment, clients should leave the keys in the Central Offices, located at Calle Vidal y Valenciano 14. The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a good state of repair. Should this not be the case, the initial deposit will not be returned. Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge.
