The hotel comprises a total of 318 rooms. Culinary options range from the elegant to the casual at the four restaurants and two bars. Further facilities include a public Internet connection and both room and laundry services. There is also parking available for those arriving by car.

Family plan: Up to 2 adults and 2 children (18 years or younger) may share a double room with the existing bedding, available in the Cabana rooms only.

We intend to replace tubs with showers in most bathrooms as part of this effort. We have an Interior Designer, Architect, and Contractor on board to help us with this process. Carpets in sleeping rooms and corridors will also be changed. The ambiance will be tropical, and yet sophisticated complementing our unique location on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Naples.Other good news is that we finished with the soft goods renovations in all our rooms with the exception of the Florida Wing, which was done in 2006. We have also replaced all our room televisions with flat panel 32” LCD televisions from LG.No noisy construction will take place in guest occupied buildings since we are fortunate to have multiple guest room buildings. We intend to take entire buildings out of order during the noisy phases of construction.The construction areas will be protected with appropriate fencing and landscaping. Once again, every effort will be made to ensure that you can continue to enjoy the resort as it is meant to be enjoyed.The clubhouse, spa and conference center areas will remain construction free.There will not be any disruption to the normal activities of the resort.23 Resort Guest Rooms in the Cabana building will have work beginning May 27 with an estimated completion date of August 31. 92 Deluxe Guest Rooms located in the Tower Building will have work beginning May 27 with an estimated completion date of October 1. 94 Superior Guest Rooms located in the Watkins Building and 28 Resort Guest Rooms & 8 Deluxe water view rooms in the Patio Building will have work beginning September 15 with an estimated completion date of December 31, 2008.All work will be done in buildings that will be closed and work will not begin prior to 8:00 a.m. (Monday through Friday).**
