This beautiful Queenslander style house has a deck that wraps around the side of the home overlooking gardens and a picturesque dam. Windermere 4-Bedroom Holiday Home has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator. There is a gas BBQ and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and a separate shower and the other with just a shower. A separate toilet is also included. Guests staying at Windermere can watch a movie using the flat-screen TV and DVD player provided. The main living area of the house is heated/cooled by the split system air conditioner as well as a combustion fireplace. For your convenience there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat and the nearest boat launching ramp is at Shaving Point, Metung. Chinamans Creek is located 2 km from Windermere and Metung Village is 3 km away where you will find a range of shops and cafes.
